For two years, Victor Adzamavi and his colleagues welcome the orphans and  provide them with food. In order to improve the life conditions, they try to collect funds from local donors (banks, insurance companies...) and tourists, but it is not sufficient and the orphans still live in the poverty. In June 2008, they decided to create a NGO named "Wli Orphanage Home". With this organisation, they hope to attract foreign NGOs and to have a credibility towards the tourists.

All donations are welcome (used clothes, beds, food...). Volunteers can be hosted in the community. You can spend few days or several weeks in a beautiful village in order to take care of the children, to renove the orphanage or to collect funds and donations.
